  • Facilitate job interviews and offer support throughout the hiring process.

Job Coaching and Training:

  • Offer on-the-job training and support to help individuals learn and perform their job duties effectively.
  • Provide job coaching to assist with job skill development, workplace behavior, and adapting to the work environment.
  • Implement customized employment strategies, including job carving and job sharing, to meet the unique needs of individuals and employers.

Support Services:

  • Provide ongoing support to help individuals maintain employment, including regular check-ins and problem-solving assistance.
  • Coordinate with employers to ensure necessary workplace accommodations and modifications are in place.
  • Assist in obtaining benefits counseling to help individuals understand how employment affects their benefits and to navigate any changes.

Transition Services:

  • Assist students and young adults in transitioning from school to work, including coordinating with educational institutions and vocational training programs.
  • Develop transition plans that prepare individuals for the workforce, focusing on skill development and career readiness.

Employer Engagement and Education:
